- All prices are subject to 18% tax.
Reservation & Payment
- To confirm your booking, please pay the first night using our website.
- The remaining balance is payable on arrival (CASH ONLY).
- No refunds for early departures.
- Payments made via third-party platforms (Booking.com, Hostelworld, Expedia, etc.) are non-refundable.
Passport & Security
- We ask guests to leave their passport at reception during the stay.
- All passports are stored safely in a secure biometric, fireproof & bulletproof safe and returned at checkout.
Wristbands
- A wristband will be issued for easy access and guest identification.
Respect & Community
- Please be respectful to fellow travelers, staff, and the space.
- Any damage to hostel property must be compensated by the responsible guest.
- Outside alcohol is not allowed in the hostel or dorm rooms.
- Hostel activities and events are available for a small extra fee.
Quiet Hours (So Everyone Can Rest)
- Dorms: Quiet after 10:00 PM
- Common areas: Quiet from 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM
- Please keep noise low after midnight as required by local regulations.
Towels
- Towels are available for rent and must be returned at checkout.
Reception Hours
Reception is open 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.If you plan an early checkout, please arrange it the night before so we can return your passport on time.
Energy Conservation
- Dorm AC hours are 6:00 PM – 11:00 AM daily to conserve energy and prevent unexpected breakdowns caused by continuous operation. 🌱
